Jenny and Josh celebrated their love with a beautiful late September wedding at Iris Aisle. The venue, still adorned with the lush greenery of summer and sprinkled with wildflowers, was ready to welcome the fall season with vibrant mums.

Their special day was captured by Sahara Lynn Photography & Chelsea Kyaw Photo, and Kristen Meyers from Party On! Des Moines orchestrated the event, ensuring every detail was perfect.

Jenny looked lovely in her white tulle dress from Stylish Bride, layered with lace and featuring short lace sleeves. Her hair was styled into a low bun adorned with flowers by Elevencherry's Lindsey Mollenhauer. Josh complemented her look in grey pants and a vest, accented with a pink bowtie and boutonniere. The bridesmaids added a touch of softness in their pastel blue dresses, while the groomsmen's grey pants, white button-downs, suspenders, and pink bow ties offered a classic yet playful vibe.

Their ceremony in the Conservatory, amidst tropical plants and set in front of our macrame backdrop, created an atmosphere that was both intimate and visually stunning. A Polaroid station served as the guestbook, where guests left snapshots for the couple.

The couple exchanged their vows and rings in front of their loved ones, then signed their marriage license in the Couple's Cabin. This was followed by an intimate photo session, capturing the newlyweds' happiness. Our cat, Leaf, couldn’t resist joining the celebration, charming the guests with his presence. ;)

The simple yet elegant reception décor of the farm tables, adorned with eucalyptus, white roses, and twinkling lights in clear glass bottles, set a romantic scene in our reception clearing.

Three three-layer naked cake from Molly’s Cupcakes was a masterpiece, dripping with caramel, adorned with baby's breath and little pink roses. The crème brulée top layer added a unique and delicious twist. Guests enjoyed cupcakes and slices of this exquisite cake for dessert.

One of the most heartwarming moments was after sunset, when Jenny and Josh twirunder the twinkle lights in the clearing, a beautiful conclusion to their wedding day. This moment, just for the two of them, was a serene and romantic end to a day filled with love and celebration.
