Rental Rules & Important Information:

Available dates: Due to our busy wedding schedule, only weekdays & Sundays are available for wellness and ticketed rentals. Saturdays become more available in our off season (Dec-April).

Non-refundable bookings & rescheduling: Your booking fee is non-refundable but is transferrable to another date. Our schedule has limited availability but we are more than happy to reschedule your rental if needed, we know things happen!

Rental Timeframe: Your rental timeframe is exact and is listed on your contract. We have other clients renting the venue before and/or after you. You and your guests need to arrive and depart, as well as set up and clean up on time. Setup and cleanup must be done within your rental timeframe. You may not arrive early or stay late for setup or cleanup. Please respect our other clients and do not explore the grounds or Conservatory until your rental period begins. You may arrive up to 15 minutes early if you remain in the parking lot until your rental timeframe begins.

Location: Iris Aisle is located on the same property as our private residence. Please respect our space and privacy, our home is fenced off and not part of your rental! We will provide the street address, parking information, and all the important details you need for your reservation via email once you’ve booked your rental with us. After inquiring, be sure to check your spam folder for our reply.

Parking: Upon arriving, follow the Iris Aisle sign to the right and drive into our parking area. The parking lot holds approximately 35 cars. Do not block the driveway. Do not drive any vehicle anywhere beyond the parking area.

Restrooms & changing rooms: You are welcome to use the bathrooms in the Conservatory as a restroom and changing room for your rental reservation.

Access: Includes use of Conservatory and grounds. Cabins are not included in this rental. Please note that there may be airbnb-ers staying on the property.

Ceremonies: This rental CANNOT be used for wedding ceremonies of any kind including but not limited to elopements, weddings, vow renewals, exchanging vows, etc.

Liability insurance: Renter must provide proof of liability insurance prior to event date. Renter will be responsible for any damages made to Iris Aisle and its grounds, flower beds, structures, trees, etc. during your reservation. Open flames are not allowed. Please do not cut or pick any of our flowers without prior permission from Raelyn, and keep children out of our flower beds/pots. Do not move or touch our large tropical plants in the Conservatory - they are fragile! We are happy to rearrange them for your rental if you ask in advance. Dispose of all trash in provided trash bins, and take anything else you brought with you when you leave. By booking, renters agree to not hold Iris Aisle and/or Raelyn and Earl Ramey liable for any injuries sustained to any person in attendance during wellness and ticketed event rental reservations. Renters and all guests invited to attend the event step onto Iris Aisle property at their own risk.
